Centralized management for all your

How to Access

Mobile: Tap the Library tab in the bottom navigation bar to rotate between

notes
and Files views. Alternatively, use the dropdown title at the top.

Desktop: Use the segmented button in the Library section to switch between

Media File Handling

Photos and videos are managed separately to prevent overwhelming the file manager. To include media:

  1. Long press a photo or video in the media viewer
  2. Tap "Include in file manager"
  3. The media file will now appear in the Files view

Attach files to almost any item in Journal it! -

, and more. Attachments automatically generate backlinks for easy navigation.

Built-in PDF viewer lets you view attached PDF files directly within the app without needing external applications.
