6 Flexible Input Types
Selection
Choose one option from predefined choices. Use it for ratings or categories.
Examples: Sleep quality (Terrible/Bad/Good/Amazing), Energy level (1-10)
Quantity
Numerical values with units. Supports keyboard or slider input, built-in and custom units.
Examples: Weight (kg/lbs), Distance (km/miles), Water intake (ml), Hours of sleep
Checklist
Multiple selections from options. Add intensity levels (1-5) for each selected item.
Examples: Symptoms checklist with severity, Activities completed, Foods consumed
Checkbox
Simple yes/no tracking. Quick binary data capture.

Create the Tracker
Go to the Organizer tab in main screen β open the Tracker tab β tap the add button β choose "Add New Tracker" (or select from template). Name it "Daily Wellness Tracker" and choose an icon and color to make it easily recognizable.
Create Sections
Create two sections: "Physical Health" and "Mental Wellness". Sections help organize related fields and make data entry clearer. You'll add input fields to these sections in the next step.
Add Input Fields
Selection - "Energy Level"

- β’Create options: Low, Medium, High, Excellent

Quantity - "Water Intake"

Add Area and Save
Add an
(e.g., "Health") to categorize this tracker. This helps organize trackers by life domain. When you're done, tap Done to finalize your tracker setup.Add Your First Record
Tap "Add Record" and fill in your current data. You don't need to complete every fieldβjust what's relevant today. Notice how quick it is to log multiple metrics in one place.
Explore Visualizations
Open your tracker and go to the Statistics tab. By default, you'll see a calendar chart showing tracked days. Add line, bar, or pie charts as needed to visualize specific fields. Line and bar charts can also display data in table view.
Set Up Reminders
In the tracker view, tap the reminder button (top right corner) to add
. You can add multiple schedulers with different times (e.g., 8 PM daily). These appear as device notifications (mobile only), not in the planner view. Consistent tracking reveals patterns.View on Timeline
Check the
view to see all your tracking records chronologically. You can also organize other items ( , , ) with this to see them together, giving you complete context around your wellness data.
