Switch Between Layouts
Simply resize your window or rotate your device to switch between Compact and Big UI modes. The app remembers your panel configuration for each mode.
Main Interface Components
: The interface elements described here are shown as they appear in Compact UI. In Big UI, there's no central actions bar - these controls are distributed across the left and right navigation panels for easier access with the split-panel layout.
Actions Bar
Located at the top of every view, the actions bar provides quick access to essential controls:
- •Hamburger Menu: Opens the side panel with navigation shortcuts and settings
- •Sync Button: Check sync status and manually trigger synchronization
- •View Switcher: In , , and Library tabs, tap the title dropdown to switch views

Drag & Drop Navigation
Long-press almost any item to start dragging. Navigate to your destination while dragging, then drop to move or plan items. Works across the entire app!
Tab Management
In Big UI mode, drag tab icons to reorder them or move them between left and right panels.
Mobile View Switching
On mobile, switch between views without closing them: rotate to landscape (Big UI mode) → open a new view or select an existing view → rotate back to portrait (Compact UI). The selected view will now be on top.
Command Center & Quick Navigation
The
is your universal navigation and search tool. It intelligently searches relevant items: recent journal (last 30 days), upcoming items, and non-archived content.How to access: Scroll up from anywhere in the main view (Compact UI) or click the command center button in the bottom right corner (Big UI).
