Important Notes

ZIP Format: ZIP files contain your data in JSON format. While not directly portable to other apps, the structured format makes it easy to convert with technical help or AI tools.

Fast Backup Option: Choose fast backup to focus on text and save time. With this option, files not downloaded locally won't be included and some media may only have thumbnails. Great for quick text-focused backups when you're keeping the same account.

PDF Export Font: The default font works well for Western languages. For other languages (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, etc.), pick a font in the export settings that displays your text correctly.
